  Update!
Yours truly opened an account in Instagram. So far, there's only 5 photos. So little, I know, I'm working on it. I just love the fact that I can upload photos instantly without the hassle of going to FB so sign in to upload. But yeah that's what Instagram is for anyway. Btw, my instagram is Ssandrady. Yes there are two "ss".

Also, Dazz House will be selling in Malaysian ringgit (US dollar remains) and for the love towards my own people, prices will be lower. Take note. Will update more soon. As for now, yours truly is still working on it.

Christmas, new year, and my beloved friend's birthday is coming. I have plans and I'm so excited!

And I have an upcoming interview. Not the serious job interview, but a fun one! (I hope).

So here I am, juggling so many things, but I'm lovin it ;)

And I'm working tomorrow. So there comes another day of making coffees. My job is love.

Good night world.

  Food from Australia!
I don't know what got into me, but I just lost the motivation to study. And I don't know why. Exam is in a few more days and I'm here typing down my thoughts.

Btw, my parents just came back from Australia and they bought a huge pile of food just to impress me ha! And to impress you, I uploaded a photo below!

I personally requested for lots of macadamia nuts! They are my favorite. They're the best nuts. Creamiest and crunchiest.

My dad is a big fan of Cadbury but I can never understand. I think Lindt chocolates are so much nicer.

And my mum brought back fresh cherries and apricots just for me. She knew I would love to try. And she bought a couple of dresses, a pair of platforms and handmade scented soaps!! Oh my goodness love you mum!

  Job Update
All those expired cakes and pastries are FOC and they go into the staffs' stomach of course. Yummy! I tried many cakes already. I also tried almost all drinks. Best is probably cappucino without foam.

Today, I cleaned the sewage thing under the basin (it collects all the grease and traps food) and hell,  it smelled of rotten food. Sometimes, I wonder why am I even working when I don't have to. But, oh well, I like making coffees and I love the experience!

Just like what Mr. Robert Kiyosaki put it, "work to learn, not for the money".

Once, I flipped through the newspapers and saw something about bar tending, the job looks fun! I might consider. Haha.
Officially a barista and on cloud nine
Yours truly just attended a 3-day barista course and now I'm officially a certified barista! :D

Oh my goodness I'm so happy, I love coffee... and tea! Give me the equipment and I'll make you a cuppa.

Till the next post, cheers!

  Riding a motor
After two years, I had the chance to ride on a motor bike again. Wow, it's just awesome. The wind passes me like when I'm on roller coaster, and when the bike turns, I get a mini heart attack all the time. What can I say? This is my third time riding on a bike. But I seriously love it. So much more fun than sitting in a car.

Ok, I shall try to finish my assignment tonight. Good night world!

back in the city, back to work
I am back in the city again! But only after only 2 days of holidays in my hometown :( Anyway, yours truly drove on the highway. The real big fast highway from melaka to kl. I drove over the speed limit, I am dangerous =.= Btw, I was instructed by my uncle from USA, according to him, I passed!

Then, my work life starts again. Oh please do come over to Coffee Bean (especially the tropicana mall branch heehee!), we have new drinks and cakes! Dark chocolate peppermint is really nice! Ask the barista to add dark cocoa powder, you have to pay an additional RM1 but trust me, it's nicer if you add the cocoa powder, I've tried it myself! However, if you're adventurous, you can try our Red Velvet drink. It tastes slightly like strawberry milk with an extra warm & cozy flavor and aroma.

At last, for my long-awaited dinner, my housemates and I fed ourselves with Ko Hyang korean food at One Utama. I love Bi Bim Bap! They use a special sauce which is just so tasty that it makes me forget about my weight :D But I hate korean chopsticks, it cannot be used! (I don't know how to use it!) No offence.

Chiang Mai trip + a little of Myanmar and Laos
Ok, here's the post about my family trip that ended 2 weeks ago, sorry for posting late!

There's so much to say but I can't tell everything because I don't have enough time to type a long post, forgive me, I have a job and assignment, and I have to study.

Ok, so our trip lasted for 4 days and 3 nights. On the first day, the moment we were picked up by our tour guide, we were brought to a temple to pray. And what I didn't know is that they are strict about what you wear in their temples. I was wearing sleeveless dress and so, I was told off by the temple staff, opps! Sorry! Then, we had "Chiang Mai Laksa" where I added some sugar into it because the tour guide added sugar into his bowl. But I can't feel if there's a difference in taste... Anyway, we then roamed the streets of Chinatown and hell, there were so many cheap stuffs! So we bought a lot. Actually, we brought an empty bag just to bring shopping stuffs back home hee~ Oh and the starbucks there is cheaper! At night, we went to another temple up the mountain. It's called Doi Suthep, you must go there at night and look at the night lights of the city from the top of the mountain. The view is just so breath taking!!!

Ok, second day! We went to an elephant show and patiently watched two elephants paint. I mean, really paint out a picture. wow! Then, we visited the snakes and monkeys and Long neck village. Honestly, I pity the long neck females. In the whole village, only 10% of females choose not to wear the rings. After leaving their poor village and moving to Chiang Mai, this is how they earn a living. Their new village is a tourist spot where curious people visit and usually ends up buying some souvenirs from them. This is how they earn money. Sad, because it's really hard moving around with those heavy rings and it kind of affect the structure of their lower backbones. Next stops were the handicraft and jewelry shops that don't need much explanation.

At last, the third day. First stop was the hot spring! Omg I have waited so long to visit a hot spring but never did I know, a hot spring is really so hot. They told us the water was at 40 degree celcius and asked us to dip our feet in but it was seriously too hot, we took around 20 minutes to put our feet in the water for 10 seconds, and then we have to pull our feet out or else I feel like I'm being scalded by hot water. There's a hot spring with temperature of 80 degree celcius, a lady uses it to boil quail eggs for us to eat LOL. After that, we visited the white temple, it was a magnificent piece of art! With lots of carving! Even the toilets is so golden and beautiful. They have a piece of carefully crafted metal for us to write our wishes. I wrote mine :) The temple people will then collect all metal pieces, melt them and use the metal to build a temple or something  Then, the road trip starts as we went up to the Golden triangle where Chiang Rai, Laos and Myanmar meets at the river border! To be honest, I didn't know this trip involved us entering Laos and Myanmar, I really didn't know. But there were some changes and we really did visited 3 countries in this trip! Btw, I bought "Thanaka" from Myanmar, it's said to be good for the skin and is a natural sunblock. But after applying it, it looks like clay on your face.

Oh and in all their meals, they serve lots of veggie which is so wonderful for me :D Their food is really nice!

So, this is all. I left out a few stuffs but they're unimportant. You have to go there and enjoy first-hand experience, you just have to.

  started my job!
After waiting for weeks and holding the excitement in me, I finally started my first day of work today. At Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Yeah! But my oh my, it was much tougher than I expected. I imagine being busy making coffees and washing dishes but today, I was given so many coffee and tea recipes with a few ratios and quantities to remember (or shall I say, to memorize) because yes, baristas have to memorize drinks ingredient ratios and quantities and right now, I feel so full in my head.

And again, I was late to class today. But then, I met an Iranian guy who was on his way to KL central. We talked in the bus. He is an international marketeer, selling dried fruits. His job require him to travel. I love this job. Btw, he thought I was Korean haha.

Also, I just came back from Chiang Mai, will blog about it soon. I promise.
